All revenue collections are processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Fees and charges are as specified in your service agreement.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IRMS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
